    Great service! Got my request completed in a timely manner with no issues

    They use to have more knowledgeable staff, but lately the seem to be young students that don't know much, was there 2 days ago inquiring about a new phone but they were more concerned about what to order for lunch than customer service.

    Went to get a new phone and the sales person was a complete jerk. We asked for an iphone and they let us pick a colour. He didnt disclose that the red one was 100$ cheaper. Thankfully I saw an add on my phone. When we asked he didnt even apologize for not telling us. We got the phone then realized there was an offer to turn in the old phone which he knew we had for another $100 off. Unfortunately we didnt notice till after we left. We went back right away but they wouldnt honor the deal. Overall what crooked service.
